The Paleo aka Caveman Diet

Heey!, I am so going on a diet, im getting FAT!. Says a friend.

Hmm, What is a diet?, My opinion, a diet is the type of food and the method of eating that food. Dieting however, is the limiting of food aka partial fasting.

I have been looking around for information about diets and got a few resources.

Check out the Paleo Diet, used by many Crossfitters around the World
Paleo 1

Paleo 2

Note!!! to those all especially those who use their muscles a lot, Consume more fish oil aka Omega 3, the rule of thumb is 1/2 gram to every 10lbs/4.5KG of weight. This will reduce muscle pain and allow smooth muscle usage. Also DHA is known to be good for the brain.

Now, that we are aware of Paleo, There are plenty of other ways of eating and other types of food to limit. I however, have found one very good source for food information. The Gabriel Method by Jon Gabriel, That may not be his real name but his touch on diet and the workings around it really makes me think.

For one, he mentions to keep our food alive where if we eat a normal meal, add on raw/living food for their living enzymes. Also, eat Meat and Living/vege food first then move to grains and wheat why? Meat/Vege needs an acidic environment to digest and grains and wheat needs an alkaline environment. this allows proper digestion of the food to gain its nutrients.

To those who are aware of the effects of diabetes, i have here something to share.
Spiritual Nutrition: Six Foundations for Spiritual Life and Awakening the Kundalini  by Dr. Gabriel Cousens  , Diplomat of American Board of Holistic Medicine, Diplomat in Ayurveda, Director of t he Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center in Patagonia , AZ and author of Conscious Eating, Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine, and Spiritual Nutrition. He has personally helped many people with their diabetes.

With his methods, he is able to turn on our anti-aging genes which is basically allow our body to work at our most optimum where these sickness today did not exist last time. He encourages people to grow their own food and know what we are putting into our body. His, Tree of life Centre, provides services for these cures.

Dr. Cousens' Reversing Diabetes Naturally Protocol is a medically-supervised nutritional therapy program for type 1 and type 2 diabetics, as well as pre-diabetics who do not want to live their lives codependent to Insulin and other medication drugs .
Heres a Video from a documentary made At his Tree Of Life Center. Amazing results.

The basic here, is to eat life, living food where we gain from their lifeforce rather than eating food that has been messed with. These guys are having insulin drops to by 30 shots per day and over this course, they were up to less than 5 or some stopped using it.

Note: I hope that this information encourages you to continue seeking out sources of ways to live healthy as i do not provide all information here. We will continue learning and i am too learning.
Do share if u have any information too.

Contact me for the sources, I am in no way related or gaining from this. Just want to bring awareness to others.

How to get more Energy?

More energy???
What to eat?
Better then having a redbull or a boost in sugar level to give a short term energy boost and long term healthy problems, eat a good portion of whole grains, nuts and seed, also chicken and tuna with plenty of fresh fruits, green and leafy vegetables.
By eating the right portion of the right food, helps to reduce toxins intake to the body. As toxins are one of the main causes for fatigue, where energy is needed to try to remove those unwanted materials in the body.
You can detoxify your body and eat the essential amount of daily intake of vitamins and minerals.
Dont forget to drink loads of filtered or mineral water about 5L per day to flush those toxins out.

What else to do?
Exercise by going for walks , sports, morning yoga, workouts
This helps to release toxins and allow more oxygen intake into the body.
Point is to work the body and not wear the body out so take about 20-30 mins daily to exercise the body by walking or aerobics.

Energy depletors - alcohol, smoking, refined food(cakes, pastries, bread, rice, FLOUR) , sugars, caffeine

Most importantly is YOURSELVES, to plan your time for all these and plan your food intake as well, as you get organised you will feel more energetic and more space or time to do things with less last minute stress.
